Liz Renay: How to Attract Men, a retrospective of the work of the burlesque queen, motion picture starlet, painter, and lady of many hats, opens this Friday evening at Deitch Projects. The exhibition will include paintings, costumes, and artifacts from Ms. Renay's archives in the Burlesque Hall of Fame.

In conjunction with the exhibition, conceptual burlesque artist Julie Atlas Muz will orchestrate I Love Me: A Tribute Show to the Beautiful Artist Liz Renay on Sunday evening at Santos Party House. It will include performances by Muz, the World Famous *BOB*, Dirty Martini and more.

The Guggenheim is presenting a 24 hour marathon of myriad performative and lecture-based events spanning January 6th and 7th. It is occurring in conjunction with the exhibition theanyspacewhatever and being curated by Hans Ulrich Obrist, whose orchestration of Laboratorium is perhaps the most sensational instance of curatorial practice since Alexander Dorner's final atmosphere room at the Landesmuseum . At 11:30AM to-day, Leesa and Nico Abahuni of abahuni.org will be performing there in a collaborative piece presented by Andrew Ginzei and Kristin Jones.

I'll be performing a live stockbroker-suicide-fashion-show radio drama at this event, May 31st at the Pussycat Lounge:

Lucas Lanthier (from Dances of Vice) will be co-hosting (along with Retch Dempsey and Jeremy James Thompson) a Depression-era nightclub night called "Fits of Depression", and it will be thoroughly Crash of '29-ish.

This Saturday, April 26th, I will be performing a live broadcast of an audio theatre piece I wrote in the mode of old-time radio drama at the Dances of Vice Tribute to the Three-Penny Opera. The event features the Weillian vocal stylings of Daniel Isengart and an exhibition of the photography of Adrian Buckmaster. The radio drama, entitled The Mystery of Fraulein Franziska Festkleid and the Dance of the Seven Fabric Samples, is an aural-literary striptease spectacular. I will have the distinct privilege of having live musical accompaniment provided by Grandpa Musselman and his Syncopators. Jeremy James Thompson and Lucas Lanthier will perform advertisements spots in "A Word From Our Sponsors" duing intermission.

This Sunday, May 20th, Jeremy will be exhibiting his work and staging letterpress demonstrations at the Berkeley Art Museum. The information is as follows:

From 11am to 3pm, at The Matrix Gallery, BAM/PFA, Berkeley, 16 artists will be giving demonstrations and exhibiting work as a part of Alison Smith's traveling exhibition Notion Nanny. He will be collaborating with whoever wishes to create the 3rd in a series of anonymous Agitation Propaganda prints pertaining to Global Warming, Global W/arming, Global War/ming. The event is free and open to anyone. Refreshments will be served.

"Notion Nanny is a collaborative touring project in which Allison Smith takes on the role of an itinerant apprentice traveling through rural and urban districts in search of traditional skills and revolutionary dialogue.
